Registration

The Delegate Registration fees for MGS 2013 has been fixed at Rs. 2500 only. This includes charges for registration for events on both the days and cost for meals for the duration of the convention.

Registrations will open on August 15th and close on November 20th, 2012.

Tatkal Booking for Delegate Registrations will open on January 1st and close on January 14th. Delegate fees for Tatkal bookings will also be Rs 2500 only. 

No concessions and/or discounts are being offered.

The payment (By Cash or Cheque/DD or NEFT) needs to be made to OC member Jatin Bhavsar.

Cash payments can be made DIRECTLY ONLY to Jatin Bhavsar. Please do not deposit cash in a bank branch.

Before you fill the registration form:

1. Make the payment for Delegate registration. In case of Cash/Cheque/DD, please await for a confirmatory email from the OC members. On transferring amount through NEFT, you are provided with a transaction code. Please mention the transaction code mandatorily. Registrations without correct transaction code will be deemed null and void.
2. Send a recent clear colour close-up/passport type snap of yours by email to mgs2013irfca@gmail.com. This is compulsory as field visits mandate the requirement of a photo identity. The photographs will be used on your Delegate ID Cards.
3. We suggest that members make groups amongst themselves and book their accomodation at the earliest. If you have done so, do not forget to mention your hotel details.
4. Fill in the form accurately and cross check before submitting. The Name as entered in the form will be used on the Delegate ID Card.
